The first step of registering your child at Pauoa Elementary is to check if our school is in the geographical area of where you currently reside.You can check using the Department of Education's SchoolSite Locator tool.

 

If you wish to attend Pauoa Elementary and do not live in our district, you will need to apply for a Geographical Exception (GE). For more information, visit the Hawaii State Department of Education GE website.

 

 

You will need to bring the following documents for registration

-Enrollment Form

-Birth certificate

-Form 14 (student health record)

-School Certificate of release (if transfering from a different school

-Custody Documents (If necessary)

-Proof of Residence (Resident Verification Form)

 

Be prepared to fill out these forms at the school office. You may print them out and fill them out beforehand to speed up the process,
